Why dental insurance?
Because with dental insurance, you and your employees do not have to worry about high dental costs and dental problems. We have created a special dental insurance scheme that we offer to employers who are DataLøn customers. The insurance means that employees can get one annual examination and dental cleaning, which is reimbursed 100% without the deductible. This way, everyone benefits from the insurance every year, and if new damage occur, we also cover by up to 100%* once the annual deductible of DKK 995 has been paid.

Background
For most people, high treatment costs for e.g. periodontitis, crowns, bridges, implants, etc. can quickly become a bombshell for their personal finances. Who can be covered by the insurance?
The scheme can be offered to everyone in the company. You only need to enrol those employees who are interested in dental insurance. It is a voluntary dental insurance scheme, and you can enrol employees in the programme on an ongoing basis. The company is responsible for enrolling and cancelling employees, and the company will be invoiced for the enrolled employees. Enrolment of family members: When employees sign up for dental insurance, they will also be offered the opportunity to enrol family members between the ages of 18 and 70 in a similar scheme. Family insurance is taken out privately and handled by Dansk Tandforsikring. The company has nothing to do with the family scheme.
How does the insurance cover?
The insurance covers the most typical dental treatments. Examinations and dental cleaning are covered 100%, as it is also a requirement that this is done at least once a year. If you have not had an examination within the last three years, you can use your dental insurance to go to the dentist for an extended examination and dental cleaning. It is important to emphasise that this dental insurance only covers new damage to teeth and dental areas after the date of enrolment, and that we obtain dental records and X-rays in connection with any claims handling. *The dental insurance covers the cost of dental treatment according to the list of services on our website.

- Filling therapy
- Root canal treatment
- Extractions
- Periodontitis
- Surgery
- X-ray
- Anaesthesia
- Night guards
- Prosthetics (dental crowns, dental bridges, implants, etc.)

- Covers up to DKK 25,000 per year (sum insured)
- You are free to choose a dentist anywhere in Denmark and the EU/EEA
Healthy finances with Dansk Tandforsikring
The insurance does not cover:
- Does not cover recommended, ongoing, planned or previously diagnosed treatments.
- Does not cover teeth that, according to a dental professional’s assessment, should have been treated before the insurance was taken out. For example, a tooth that has undergone root canal treatment without a dental crown being attached, teeth with cracks or very large/deep fillings
- Does not cover cosmetic treatments and orthodontic treatment
- Does not cover areas with missing or incompletely erupted teeth (including baby teeth)
How to get started
Fill out the registration form below and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Subsequently, you will receive a call from Dansk Tandforsikring with further information about the person to be registered as the scheme administrator. It is therefore important that your email and phone number are correct. The administrator is responsible for enrolling and cancelling employees in the future.
