How to log in to your personal profile

You can log in to your personal profile via our website. You can log in in two ways – either with NemID or with your civil registration number (CPR number) and password.

1. If you log in with your CPR number and password, you should initially use the password that was sent to you in the welcome email. You will then be prompted to change it.

If you have forgotten your password and order a new one, it is important to know that it will be sent to the email registered in our system. If you are not registered with an email but with E-boks, it is not possible to send a new password, and we recommend that you log in with NemID instead.

2. If you log in with NemID, you just need to follow the instructions and approve login.
