If you are dissatisfied with a claims decision, you can appeal it to Dansk Tandforsikring. It is important that you first read the conditions of your insurance and consider whether the appeal is justified. When filing an appeal, you must provide the following information:
- Name
- Customer number or policy number
- Claims number of the decision that relates to your appeal
It will also make the process easier if you write down exactly what you are dissatisfied with and why. Your appeal should be sent to klage@dansktandforsikring.dk. As soon as we have received your appeal, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. We will then investigate the claim, and unless your claim is very complicated, you should expect a processing time of 2-3 weeks.
If you are still dissatisfied
If you cannot reach an agreement with Dansk Tandforsikring, you can appel its decision to the Danish Insurance Complaints Board. The appeal should be created electronically via their website ankeforsikring.dk/klageguide.
